Public interest in laughing is booming. There is more and more concrete scientific evidence about the beneficial biochemical effects of laughing.

In 1995, the laughter movement was founded in India and had five members that were considered weirdos. Today, there are 6,000 Laughter Yoga clubs in 100 countries worldwide.
Besides Laughter Yoga, fitlachmit laughter training offers a plethora of creative methods that will make you laugh.
I offer training sessions for closed groups of 8 or more people.
Laughing stimulates breathing and circulation, stops the production of adrenaline and releases endorphins. All of this makes laughter one of the most effective means against stress.

Laughing employs approximately 17 muscles in your face, with a further 80 muscles being involved, and in total, it activates around 200 muscles in your body. This revives your physique, relaxes your mind and most of the time leaves you brimming over with joy.

Laughing can be trained AND it is great fun.

I look forward to laughing with you!
